The Grand Ballroom is on Level 5 of the complex. Self-parking is accessible off Highland via Johnny Grant Way Maximum parking fee is $10.00. There is also a Metro Rail station at Hollywood and Highland (Red Line). Rooms have been held at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel, 1755 North Highland Avenue, Hollywood (conveniently next to the Hollywood & Highland complex). Registration Fees Registration fees include pre-conference reception, all conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and a conference-related publication to be distributed at a later date. Advance registration is $100.00 (postmarked by November 1); post November 1 and walk-in registration is $125.00 Student Registration Scholarships Registration scholarships are available for current students with student ID. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Send in the registration form by no later than the registration deadline. Students will be notified of registration confirmation no later than one week prior to the conference. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be received in writing by November 3rd and are subject to a $10 service fee. Substitutions are allowed. Refund checks will be issued after the conference. Pre-Conference Reception A pre-conference reception hosted by Southern California Edison will be held Tuesday, November 9, 2004, 6:00 to 8:00 PM and is open to those registered for the conference. The reception will be held at the City Club on Bunker Hill at 333 South Grand Avenue, Wells Fargo Center, 54th Street in downtown Los Angeles.
